HLG Complex Care (HLGCC) is celebrating a major milestone after being officially rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following an in-depth inspection of its services and systems.

The CQC team visited in September, carrying out a thorough review of HLGCC’s processes, practices, and the quality of support delivered to clients. Inspectors also spoke directly with staff and individuals using the service, and the feedback reflected the strong culture of dedication, compassion, and professionalism across the organisation.

Registered Manager and Nominated Individual Leila Bagi shared her pride in the team’s achievement, praising colleagues across every level of the organisation:

“I want to start by congratulating every single colleague at HLGCC for achieving GOOD with CQC. It’s down to you guys, whether you are a Team Leader, Personal Assistant, Admin, Office Manager or Clinical Lead, it’s thanks to YOU!!

CQC came and did a rigorous thorough inspection and went through our systems and practices in September. They then spoke to you lovely lot and we were so humbled and proud to hear the feedback we got. They also and most importantly spoke to the clients who also had very positive things to say about the service we provide and the staff that assist them.

So, a MASSIVE thank you from me and for all you do for the good of the clients and the value you bring to our small organisation.”

The rating marks an important recognition for HLGCC, reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred support. It also highlights the strength of its team, from frontline carers to behind-the-scenes support staff, whose everyday work has contributed to this success.

With the CQC outcome now published, HLGCC is celebrating this moment while continuing to look ahead, focusing on further improvements and maintaining the high standards that clients and their families rely on.
