24/7 Senior Manager and Clinical Lead On-Call
Even during office closures, support continues without interruption.
A Senior Manager and a Clinical Lead will be available 24 hours a day throughout the entire festive period. This ensures:
- Continuous oversight of client care
- Prompt responses to any concerns or incidents
- Clinical and operational support for staff
- Ongoing reassurance for clients and families
