Today, we’re taking a moment to recognise someone who has become a key part of how our team and workplace runs every single day.

Meghna joined HLGCC just over a year ago as our HR Administrator & Recruiter, and in that time she has become an essential part of our daily operations. Working closely with Leila, our Registered Manager, Meghna manages the full recruitment and onboarding process, supports staff throughout their time with us, handles documentation, DBS checks, internal HR queries, and much more. She is often the first point of contact and a constant source of support for our team.

Her organisation, professionalism, and genuine care for both our employees and our clients have made a real difference across the company.

We wanted to give Meghna a special mention to show our appreciation for all she does and to say a heartfelt thank you for everything she brings to the team each day.
