Our senior management team is headed by 3 Specialist nurses who have dedicated their careers to providing care for adults and children with complex healthcare needs and spinal injuries. Above all they understand the need to put their clients at the very centre of every decision that is made about their care and involve their clients and their family each and every step of the way.

HLG CC provide bespoke care packages to suit the individual needs of each and every client we support. We build teams around the person and our quotes are no obligation and based on needs and hours per week as required

Our ethos is one of quality and that quality will be embedded into every element of every care package we provide, from the in-depth bespoke training that we will provide to our care teams to the way that we produce our care plans putting every client’s ambitions for their future at the very centre of our decision making process.

Quality training for our whole team
One of the main keys to providing high quality care and support is in the quality and detail of the training that a care team receives. At HLG Complex Care our specialist nurses have accumulated a vast quantity of experience and are at the top of their profession when training and mentoring care teams in the community. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of both safe and best practice and operate at all times under the NMC Code for delegation and accountability.

Who do we partner with?
HLG Complex Care work in partnership with Case Managers, Personal Injury Solicitors, Financial Deputies, NHS Continuing Healthcare teams and private clients and welcome referrals from any of these sources.
